Adam Cairns
With around twenty years of direct experience in the delivery and management of both relocation and moving services under his belt, Adam founded International Relocation Management (IRM) in 2001 following on immediately from his role as International Assignment Manager at a US Investment Bank in London.

With an eagle eye for operational detail and a commitment to customer service excellence, Adam excels in the audit part of our process as well as ensuring complete service delivery from our providers. From our offices in Saffron Walden, Adam manages our small team while remaining 'hands-on' himself with case management to our clients.

Barry Potter
Barry has been involved in expatriate management for almost twenty years. For half that time Barry served as an HR/International Assignment Manager for two global blue chip organizations, but most recently headed EMEA Operations for a well known North American relocation management company.

In 2007 Barry rejoined his former HR colleague, Adam Cairns, and became a Partner at International Relocation Management (IRM). Unlike many other relocation management companies, IRM is determined to break the traditional relocation management mould with their ‘open-book’ approach, to help clients understand where processes can be better understood, and costs can be saved as a result.
