At IRM, all our staff are seasoned professionals and have an absolute minimum of seven years 'hands on' industry experience and are empowered to react immediately to issues.
All of our corporate clients are extremely important to us - whether they move five, or five hundred, employees per year. We believe all clients and transferees deserve the same professional, detailed and personal service.
Our directors remain actively involved in case management along and remain directly responsible for proactively dealing with any potential service issues in order we avoid service failure.
